Welcome to arielijewellery.co.uk By using this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.
We will not be liable if for any reason the Arieli Jewellery website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all the Arieli Jewellery website.
We aim to process all orders within a 48 hour timeframe. Please note this can take longer during busy periods when it may take up to 72 hours.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed.
Ordering through our website is safe and secure. We employ methods and systems which do not compromise your debit or credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. Please feel comfortable using your debit or credit card to order from our site.
All Arieli Jewellery products are lovingly handmade and therefore for some products it can take up to 7 – 10 working days prior to dispatch. All items are subject to availability.
Standard UK delivery - £3.95. Please allow 2 to 5 working days from dispatch.
International Signed for - £10.00. Please allow 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.
*Express UK Delivery
All orders placed using our Express UK Delivery option will be processed and sent out the same day of purchase; unless the order is placed after Friday 2pm or on a weekend. All other orders will be sent special delivery to be delivered on the next working day:
Orders placed between Mon - Thursday: arrive Next Day
Orders placed Friday before 4pm : usually arrive Saturday. Please note this is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery for Saturday, although parcels posted Friday do usually arrive Saturday in most cases
Orders placed after Friday 4pm – Mon : arrive on Tuesday
All parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
Late And Lost Deliveries
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch - this is only when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This can happen when your goods are delivered to your work place. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
Arieli Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed, please notify us directly within 24 hours. Email Laura email@example.com
As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set in our Returns Policy.
Arieli Jewellery Returns
In case you want to return a product from the Arieli Jewellery range, our returns policy is below:
Jewellery can be refunded or exchanged within 7 working days of you receiving your goods.
We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been altered or personalised to a customer's specification.
Sale items are non-refundable, however we are happy to exchange or offer credit on any items you wish to return for the full amount paid for them.
The item must be returned in their original, unworn condition in Arieli Jewellery packaging.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven working days as we will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period.
All items must be returned with a reason for return, which can be written on your original invoice included inside your parcel.
All refunds will be credited in the original method of purchase and to the original debit or credit card.
Your statutory rights are not affected for any of the above, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
Arranging A Return
Products which may be returned must be new and unused. This requires a condition in which there are no marks or evidence of wear and the item must be returned in its original pouch/packaging. We do not sell used products therefore cannot accept products back with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the products will be returned to the purchaser. Arieli Jewellery is not responsible for any item that is not returned in this manner.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Once we have accepted your returned item, your original credit or debit card will be credited within 28 days. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
